Python Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Python Developer to lead and mentor degree students as part of our internship program across Eluru, Tadepalligudem, and Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will design and structure a comprehensive internship plan aligned with academic curriculum and industry standards, guide interns in building full-stack applications using Python, Django, and related technologies, and provide hands-on support through real-world project assignments and regular code reviews. The role involves offering continuous mentorship on software development principles, coding standards, and best practices, while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. The candidate will ensure proper documentation of project work, maintain progress reports, and provide periodic updates to coordinators and academic advisors. Additionally, the developer will organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills, introduce interns to current industry trends, and create networking opportunities by coordinating interactions with industry experts.
