Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai and 100% remote role is also available for a Python Technical Trainer. The trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive Python training programs to diverse audiences, ensuring content is accessible and practical. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, mentoring learners, assessing participant progress, and aligning sessions to industry standards. The role also involves providing guidance to support participants’ career development in Python-related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer with expertise in Python and proven ability to deliver effective Training & Development initiatives.
• Proficiency in designing and conducting dynamic Technical Training sessions tailored to different skill levels.
• Proficiency in programming like python, SQL, HTML, CSS Javascript and frontend framworks like reactjs nad backend framework like Django,NodeJs
• Strong Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Passion for teaching, mentorship, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
• Prior experience in curriculum development and learning management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
