Job Description:
We are looking for a Python Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintaining python-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations and deliver timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide application support for Python-based tools and scripts.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
· Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems.
· Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
· Document solutions, processes and technical findings.
