Python Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of Python-based applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Python-based applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly. 

Debug and troubleshoot code to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions. 

Collaborate with development and operations teams to address customer-reported problems and system errors. 

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on issue resolution. 

Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base. 

Assist in optimizing Python scripts and applications for performance and reliability. 

Optionally, work with containerized environments using Docker to deploy and manage applications.

2+ years of experience in a technical support or software engineering role with a focus on Python.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
