Role Responsibilities Design and develop scalable web applications using Python. Maintain and improve existing applications focusing on performance and efficiency. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Create RESTful APIs to connect with external services and databases. Utilize version control systems to manage codebases and track changes. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code adhering to best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative solutions. Debug and troubleshoot production issues and implement necessary fixes. Document code and technical specifications for reference and training. Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning. Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and team skills. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to drive project success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Python Developer in a professional setting. Strong understanding of web development principles and data structures. Experience with Django or Flask web frameworks. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Industry certifications related to Python or software development are a plus.
