Key Responsibilities

• Own the backend development of our core product using Python and Django.
• Build robust APIs and backend logic that power real-time experiences for thousands of e-commerce businesses.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.
• Contribute to database design, performance optimization, and overall system architecture.
• Communicate proactively with the team, share your ideas, and stay involved throughout the development cycle—this is a collaborative environment.

Must Haves

• 1+ years of professional experience working with Python and Django.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiar with database systems like PostgreSQL, and confident writing optimized queries.
• Experience with debugging, writing tests, and improving performance in production environments
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve your skills continuously.
• A positive team spirit—humble, open to feedback, and respectful toward others.
