What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services and APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions. Write clean, modular, testable code with proper documentation. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Stay up to date with Python best practices and new backend technologies. Exposure to microservices architecture. Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka). Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest or UnitTest. Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech portfolio. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in backend development using Python. Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Proficiency in RESTful API design, database modeling, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Soft Skills Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English to convey complex technical ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences including clients, team members, and stakeholders. Client-Centric Approach: Maintains a clear understanding of business goals and user needs, consistently aiming to deliver features that add real value and enhance client satisfaction. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with business and technology partners, peers, and senior management.
