What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring optimal performance and security Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and write clean, maintainable code Stay up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and processes Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, CI/CD, basic cloud deployments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Soft Skills Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English to convey complex technical ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences including clients, team members, and stakeholders.
