Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications, APIs, and integrations, contributing to enterprise-grade projects and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Odoo consultants, frontend developers, and project managers.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of applications.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Knowledge of ORM, Git, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and logical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with Odoo framework or ERP systems.
• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS for full-stack collaboration.
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or CI/CD tools.
