Python Developer

Role Overview: As a Python Developer within the Information Technology department, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI. You are expected to possess hands-on experience with GPT-4, transformer models, and deep learning frameworks. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications tailored towards AI/ML and generative AI. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and refining transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, and T5 for NLP and generative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Python applications focusing on AI/ML and generative AI. - Build and refine transformer-based models like GPT, BERT, and T5 for NLP and generative tasks. - Implement model inference pipelines and scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies. - Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to create end-to-end AI solutions. - Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and ML. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Technology (B.Tech), or Computer Applications (BCA) is mandatory. - Master's degree in Science (M.Sc), Technology (M.Tech), or Computer Applications (MCA) would be beneficial for this role. Additional Details: Having at least 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development is necessary. Hands-on familiarity with transformer-based models, particularly GPT-4, LLMs, or diffusion models, is required. Experience with frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX is highly desirable. Expertise in deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure will be advantageous. Problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) are crucial for this role. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects, experience with vector databases, building AI chatbots, copilots, or creative content generators, and knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring will be considered as added advantages.,
