Role Overview

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of backend services and applications. You will work with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or other Python-based platforms to create robust and high-performance systems. In this role, you will also interact with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL, ensuring data consistency, optimization, and security.The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and operating systems. You should be able to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Work extensively with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Aerospike to design and optimize schemas.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver complete solutions.
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code following industry standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalability issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Python development.
• Implement security and data protection measures across applications.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and propose innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience with Python and proficiency in backend frameworks.
• Expertise in Django, FastAPI, or at least one other Python web framework (Flask, Sanic, Falcon, Twisted, Tornado, or web2py).
• Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Aerospike.
• Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
• Ability to design scalable systems, handle large datasets, and ensure high application performance.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
