Python Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Backend Engineer to join our engineering team in India. This individual will play a critical role in integrating and transforming large-scale data to power intelligent decision-making systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

 Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code in Python/Django.

 Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

 Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.

 Ensure system performance, security, and scalability in production.

 Work with cloud environments (AWS preferred – EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.).

 Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.

 Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

 Strong proficiency in Python and Django (or FastAPI/Flask).

 Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

 Good understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

 Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda).

 Solid understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability.

 Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.

 Exposure to microservices architecture.

 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
