What You’ll Do

• Build modular, production-grade APIs for real-world service integrations.
• Follow TDD rigorously —

• Create clean, developer-friendly API documentation.
• Design and iterate strong database schemas and data models.
• Make clear technical decisions, explaining trade-offs and rationale.
• Deliver high output without sacrificing code quality or clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in production-grade Python development
• Strong backend system design fundamentals
• Proven expertise in designing scalable APIs
• Solid experience with

  TDD and testing frameworks

• Strong database schema design & data modeling skills
• Excellent communication & documentation abilities
• Ability to build fast while maintaining engineering excellence
