Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python programming and web frameworks. The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of OOP concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite environment.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

• 4+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Python
• Expertise in Python programming language and core libraries
• Hands-on experience with at least one major Python web framework such as Django or Flask
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good to Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience in RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
• Develop and integrate backend services using Django/Flask
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
