Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop Python-based automation for monitoring, alerting, and remediation.
  • Enable AIOps use cases such as alert correlation, anomaly detection, and noise reduction.
  • Manage and enhance Instana onboarding, agent automation, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain SevOne KPIs, dashboards, reports, and API integrations.
  • Integrate observability tools with ServiceNow, Jira, and ChatOps platforms.
  • Collaborate with SRE teams to improve reliability, reduce MTTD/MTTR, and operational toil.
  • Required education
  • Bachelor''s Degree

  • Required technical and professional expertise

  • 5+ years of strong proficiency in Python (APIs, automation, data processing).
  • Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms or ML-driven operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instana and SevOne (or similar tools).
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication (OAuth, SAML).
  • Familiarity with Linux, containers, and cloud/hybrid environments.
