Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research, design, implement, test, and release new database features and enhancements.
Write high-quality Java code with strong test coverage.
Participate in architecture design discussions and code reviews.
Troubleshoot correctness, stability, scalability, and performance issues in distributed system execution.
Identify and implement performance optimizations such as batching, parallelism, caching, and distributed execution.
Drive scalability initiatives across cluster size, request volume, and transaction throughput.
Work closely with cross-functional and open-source engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
Contribute to engineering best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

Skills Required:

Expertise in Java (Core + Advanced)
Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems & SaaS
Strong understanding of Database Design & Data Structures
Experience with Cloud (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
