About the Role

Data Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable 

  ETL pipelines

   and 

  data workflows

  .
• Work extensively with 

  Azure Databricks

   for data processing, transformation, and integration.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in 

  Python

   for data engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Analytics, and Product) to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and business-ready.
• Optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in 

  Python

   (data manipulation, automation, libraries like Pandas, PySpark).
• Proven hands-on experience with 

  Azure Databricks

   for data engineering use cases.
• Solid understanding of 

  ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and big data frameworks

  .
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to 

  Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse

  .
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices in a data environment.
• Experience with real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Event Hub, etc.).
