What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating, maintaining, and updating part master data in D365.
• Populating parts descriptions, attributes, and categorisations from technical and supplier documentation.
• Collaborating with procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Executing bulk uploads and data modifications using Excel templates.
• Ensuring strict adherence to data governance and naming conventions.
• Resolving catalogue discrepancies and supporting timely project deliverables.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

  ).
• Advanced

  Excel

  skills – formulas, lookups, filtering, and data transformation.
• Strong data accuracy and validation capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously during Australian business hours.

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience in parts cataloguing, inventory, or master data roles.
• Familiarity with technical/engineering or procurement terminology.
• Experience with bulk data handling in ERP environments.
