Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  procurement of Capex, Engineering, and Plant Maintenance materials

  as per operational and project requirements.
• Identify and develop reliable

  suppliers/vendors

  for technical and engineering items.
• Float inquiries, obtain quotations, prepare

  comparative statements

  , and issue

  purchase orders

  .
• Conduct

  price negotiations

  and finalize orders in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate with

  Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, and Accounts

  teams for order follow-ups and payments.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation, supplier data, and purchase records in

  ERP

  .
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Assist in

  cost optimization initiatives

  and vendor performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with

  company procurement policies and statutory requirements

  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of

  Capex & Engineering procurement

  in a manufacturing setup.
• Understanding of

  technical specifications, equipment, and plant machinery

  .
• Strong

  negotiation, analytical, and vendor management

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  ERP / MS Office

  .
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement categories and tight deadlines.
