Job Description:

Minar Fashion Jewellery is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, good negotiation skills, and be willing to travel across India to source materials and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors across India

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines

Prepare and manage purchase orders

Travel to supplier warehouses, markets, and factories across India

Coordinate with accounts and inventory teams

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and stock movement

Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet company requirements

✅ Requirements:

MBA

Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing/procurement role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Must be willing to travel across India as required

Ability to manage vendor relationships independently

Hindi

English

Malayalam

Preferred:

Background in the jewelry, fashion, or retail sector

Familiarity with major wholesale markets across India

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
