Job Description

We're Hiring: Purchase Executive / Office Assistant – Mumbai

Tritech is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records
  • Organize and manage documentation and filing systems
  • Support general office tasks and internal coordination
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Zoho)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
