Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the purchasing activities of the company
  • Analyze the needs of the organization and determine the goods or services needed
  • Research potential vendors and compare their products, prices, and services
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Place purchase orders and ensure that orders are delivered on time
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts
  • Review and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and determine when to place orders for new supplies
  • Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and government regulations
  • Resolve issues and discrepancies with orders and invoices
  • Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,378.87 per month
