Role & responsibilities

Procurement strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies to acquire goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and reliability. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and delivery schedules.

Budget and cost control: Manage the purchasing department budget and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Risk mitigation: Analyze market trends and potential risks to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.

Compliance and policy: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate joiners preferred.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Bachelor's Degree

Min. 3-4 years experience as a purchasing officer

Familiarity with procurement software (ERP-farvision) and inventory management systems.
