Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
• Meet Quarterly Sales target
• In-Person Visit to clients, Contact Leads, Lead Generation Database
• Aggressively achieving the sales target
• Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
• Extrovert and outgoing
• Set appointments to meet with clients and sales team members to show the prospective properties
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Additional bonus on achieving quarterly sales target

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates would be based at Bhiwadi

• Prefer Real Estate Sales
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential
• Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales
• Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, accountability , proactive, Excellent communicator
• Any qualification above graduation is good.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
