Responsibilities and Duties:

• Should have experience in handling all the Civil & Interior material purchases especially Cement, Sand, Aggregate, Steel, Marbles, Tiles, Granite, Grouting, False Ceiling, Paints, Partition Materials, Plumbing, Carpentry, Sanitary Fittings, Dado, Pantry Storage, Waterproofing, Electrical, Safety, Air conditioners, HVAC, etc.
• Finding the new contractors/vendors/labours and negotiating for all the civil & interiors site works.
• Negotiating with Suppliers and vendors on Price & Payment Terms (as per company policy)
• Creating cost comparisons and suggesting the preferred supplier or vendor for the issue of Purchase or Work Orders.
• Expediting the delivery of material to make sure the suppliers deliver the material within promised delivery time.
• Expediting the delivery of manpower to reach the site on time.
• Preparing the payment approval form and make sure the advances, part payments and final settlements to be reached to suppliers/Vendors on time.
