Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to secure necessary products and services at the best value.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and contracts to control costs and ensure the company stays within budgetary constraints.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and coordinate with other departments to forecast supply needs and prevent stockouts.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement new purchasing technologies or strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as finance and production, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve procurement processes and increase efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of buyers and purchasing agents, providing training and guidance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and inventory.

Pay: ₹17,864.17 - ₹60,460.71 per month
