Job Description:-

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality in materials and services acquired.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials while minimizing carrying costs.
• Budget Management: Oversee purchasing budgets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and financial constraints.
• Software Proficiency: ProjectWise, Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management within the real estate or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., preferably with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry-specific procurement software
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
