Purchase Manager

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager with 1015 years of expertise in vendor development, procurement, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to imports, data analysis, budgeting, and mechanical parts development.

This role requires excellent negotiation skills, vendor performance monitoring, and risk assessment capabilities, MIS along with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, 2D & 3D drawings, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage vendor relationships for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Handle import-related purchasing and ensure compliance with global regulations.
• Conduct regular vendor assessments, reconciliation, and performance evaluations.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, terms, and pricing while mitigating risks.
• Analyze purchasing data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and manage budgets aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the development and procurement of mechanical components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, finance, and production.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, cost structures, and sourcing strategies.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations using PowerPoint for stakeholders.
• Interpret and work with 2D & 3D technical drawings for part development.
• Utilize BI tools to monitor purchasing KPIs and vendor performance metrics.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
