Role & responsibilities

Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies
Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Key focus on Steel -procurement, supplier relationships, delivery on time.
Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
Involve sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendors.
Additionally, will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks to optimise the procurement process.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
By leveraging knowledge of supply chain management and ability to identify opportunities for improvement, he/she will contribute to the overall success of our organisations purchasing operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Experienced candidate in
steel purchase directly from steel suppliers
.
Experienced required - More than 8 years
Experience in
sheet metal purchase
is added advantage.
