1. Lead the procurement stratergy and execution across all core categories (Menswear, Womenwear,Kids wear,Home Textiles ) etc
2. Set and monitor KPIs for category Purchase Manager
3.Ensure timely documentation and complainence for all purchases including rate agreements,POs,GRNs,and settlement.
4.Lead and supervise the purchase team.
5.Work closely with the visual merchandising and marketing teams for special campaings and offer driven buys.
Min 15+ years of experience in retail or fashion procurement out of which minimum 5-6 years as purchase head in a reputed retail chain .
