The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 7 years of experience working in Procurement and Purchase departments, specifically dealing with raw materials related to the construction or real estate industry. You should be adept at preparing Purchase Orders in the proper format and possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Effective communication abilities and proficiency in drafting letters are essential for this role. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management will be considered an advantage.
