As a Purchase In-charge at Area27 Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the organization's operations. Your role will involve vendor management, negotiation, order tracking, inventory coordination, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with company standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify reliable suppliers and establish strong vendor relationships. - Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow. - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and service. - Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. - Stay updated on market trends and new products to optimize purchasing decisions. - Resolve any discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
