Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring goods and services required in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials, supporting the company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost savings.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, tracking their status from issuance to delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers for seamless procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate procurement needs.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams regarding procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and supplier information.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and prices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
