1. Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive (interior business )is responsible for achieving sales targets with profitability in line with management's decisions. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 2.1 Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans. 2.2 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and builders. Identify potential clients, engage in business development activities, and convert leads into customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while ensuring profitability. 2.3 Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate sales performance, and make data-driven decisions. Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics, budgets, and expenses. 2.4 Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and optimal customer service. 2.5 Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and innovations within the building materials sector. Provide training and guidance to the sales team on new products, technical specifications, and effective selling techniques. 3. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials products and the construction market. 4. Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Persuasion skills. Rapport-building skills. Train workers on efficient work methods to enhance productivity. Site Management: Travel to and supervise multiple sites throughout the day. Oversee day-to-day interior finishing operations and ensure construction activities adhere to the project plan, deadlines, and safety regulations. Monitor daily work progress and inspect work performed by sub-contractors. Manage site ordering, scheduling, cost control, and project documentation. Project Coordination: Accomplish project goals by defining the scope and purpose of projects, determining and allocating required resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design challenges, evaluating deadlines, and implementing change orders.
