Job Description

Experience - 2 to 4 Years Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for interior design materials . Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency. Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new supplier networks. Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements and deadlines. Monitor inventory levels, track purchase orders, and ensure material availability at project sites. Coordinate with design and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines. Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze market trends and suggest cost-effective procurement solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in an interior design, construction, or fit-out company. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
