Purchase Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance and supervision of the Purchase Manager, receiving hands-on training during an initial onboarding period.

The primary responsibility will be to procure and arrange raw materials at the most competitive prices, ensuring timely delivery to support seamless production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain management within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and components required for manufacturing.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain and update procurement records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Support in vendor management and building long-term supplier relationships.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Effective negotiation ability to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical products and raw materials.( Preferred But not mandatory)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year
