Position Overview:Road Shield Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations for infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle vendor coordination, material sourcing, price negotiation, and timely procurement to support uninterrupted site activities.Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and suppliers for project materialsPrepare and issue purchase orders in line with project requirements and budget constraintsNegotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendorsCoordinate with site teams and project managers to forecast material requirementsTrack and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of materialsMaintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and supplier performance dataEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement standardsResolve any material-related issues such as delays, quality rejections, or quantity mismatchesSupport the finance and audit teams with procurement-related documentation.
Good understanding of construction materials and industry procurement practices
Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic procurement softwareAttention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skills.
