Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material purchasing. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and a passion for supply chain and purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate purchase records and update inventory data.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.

Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain healthy supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
