Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts while ensuring competitive procurement. Monitor and forecast spice market trends, pricing fluctuations, and seasonal variations. Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules and stock levels. Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure raw material standards are met. Prepare purchase orders, manage documentation. Maintain inventory reports, track stock levels, and identify reorder points. Resolve any quality or delivery issues with suppliers promptly.
