Job Description

You will be joining Naveen Merico Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. (NMEC) as a Purchase Executive based in Kolkata. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the preparation and management of Purchase Orders. You will be required to obtain quotations from various vendors, create comparative statements, and oversee the procurement process. Effective communication with both external vendors and internal stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of purchase management tasks. Your duties will specifically focus on the procurement of Heavy Machinery Spare Parts, Lubricants & Filters. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for successful vendor management and negotiations. Your expertise in procurement, coupled with attention to detail and organizational proficiency, will play a key role in your day-to-day tasks.
