Greetings of the day from Naveen Merico Engineering Co! We are in search for a receptionist/front-office0executive . The job responsibilities are mentioned below: - Greeting all guests coming to office. - Maintaining inward register for all couriers/parcels that come into the office and maintaining tabular data of the same - Coordinating the dispatch for all couriers/parcels that need to be sent out from office and tracking and maintaining tabular data of the same. - Regular admin work relating to office supplies and proving printouts and scans soft copies to seniors. - Fetching and providing necessary documentation from files to seniors. - Forwarding emails to concerned departments. - Playing designated music on office PA system. - Checking and maintaining cleanliness in office - Arranging pest control and other maintenance work. - Train and Flight ticket booking. - Other miscellaneous admin related tasks Mandatory Requirement: - Candidate needs to be presentably dressed and should have good communication skills - Candidate needs to be proficient in reading and writing in English & Hindi. - Candidate should have basic knowledge of using Microsoft office (word & excel) - Should live 20-30 mins from job location Office Timings: 10am to 6:30 pm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your age?
