Job Opening: Junior Purchase Executive

About Us

MSI Communications India is a leading distributor of consumer electronics, mobile/laptop accessories, and household products across Kerala. We work with top retail partners (MYG, LFR, GT, MT, and wholesale) to deliver quality products to the market.

We are expanding our Purchase Department and are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Purchase Coordinators with order processing, supplier communication, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate ERP entries and purchase documentation.
• Update and monitor price lists across different sales channels.
• Track stock inflow vs. sales requirements and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for stock inward and payment processing.
• Support in monitoring supplier credit terms (max 45 days).
• Support in day to day purchase activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/software systems, Critical thinking is a must.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (Malayalam + English+Hindi).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
