Purchase Executive Interiors

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, furniture, and fixtures required for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting project timelines.

1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for interior materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, glass, hardware, paints, lighting, furniture, and décor items.
• Request quotations (RFQs), compare prices, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure order accuracy in terms of quantity, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance (quality, price, delivery, and service).

2. Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites to avoid project delays.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support in vendor registration, payment processing, and documentation.

4. Cost Control & Reporting

• Monitor purchase budgets and cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular purchase reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance summa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,508.43 - ₹35,014.99 per month
