Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with various departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Monitor and manage budgetary constraints for purchasing operations.
Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
