Job Description: Junior Architect Experience: 1-2 Years Role Overview: The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects with a focus on facade design and material selection. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing architectural projects with attention to facade aesthetics and technical feasibility. • Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD. • Create 3D models and conceptual designs using SketchUp. • Produce high-quality rendered presentations to communicate design intent effectively. • Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution. • Research and specify appropriate materials and facade systems considering performance, cost, and sustainability. • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design, particularly in facade design and materials. • Proficient in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings. • Skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization. • Ability to produce quality renders using rendering software (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent). • Strong understanding of materials and construction techniques related to facades. • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
