We're seeking an experienced API Purchase Executive to join our procurement team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Summary:

As an API Purchase Executive, you'll play a key role in sourcing and procuring high-quality APIs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new API suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of APIs.
• Place purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate forecasting of API requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Ensure APIs meet quality and regulatory standards, including cGMP and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Manage API inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of API purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize procurement processes, and improve supplier performance.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of API regulations, including cGMP and other relevant guidelines.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
