Job Description

Source, negotiate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store & production team to maintain adequate stock.
Evaluate supplier performance on quality, price, delivery, and service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, cost control, and procurement budgets.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to shortages, rejections, or delays.
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
Maintain proper documentation of purchases, supplier database, and contracts.
Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
