*Supplier Identification and Evaluation
*Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
*Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers
*Track orders, expedite deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
* Resolve issues related to delays, defective products, incorrect shipments, or invoice discrepancies.* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and reorder levels.* Cost Control and Analysis:
*Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and procurement strategies to optimize costs, minimize lead times, and ensure supply continuity
* Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and analyze bids from suppliers.
* Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company
