Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Purchasing: Identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and securing favorable terms. Creating and processing purchase orders (POs). Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Managing relationships with suppliers, including vendor evaluation. Store Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper storage. Managing the flow of materials, including inward and outward movements. Handling material receipts and issues. Ensuring compliance with store procedures and safety regulations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining records of purchases, payments, and stock movements. Generating reports on inventory levels, purchase performance, and supplier performance. Ensuring accurate documentation for all store activities. Other Responsibilities: Assisting with daily operational purchasing needs. Collaborating with other departments, such as production and sales. Troubleshooting supply chain issues and resolving vendor disputes. Accounting Knowledge is preferred. Creating Sales Invoices & Booking Purchase Invoices in Tally Prime. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
