Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Assistant located in Rajkot. The Purchase Assistant will handle day-to-day purchasing tasks, including managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role involves communicating with vendors, negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records of purchases. The Purchase Assistant will collaborate with the finance and inventory teams to ensure a seamless purchasing process.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing
Experience in handling Purchase Orders and Procurement
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
Familiarity with inventory management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
